Hunt Roche are an estate agents based in Southend with several branches. They came to us looking for. a brand that was different to other estate agents (there are a LOT in Southend) - in owner Shaun Roche’s words ‘Think Gin Palace!’.

With an idea like that we created something that embraced all the flourishes of said Gin Palace but also retained enough heft to be seen from the side of a road when you drive past.
